原料:草菇1罐(约1杯)、葱丝及红椒适量。

  调味料:李锦记旧庄特级蚝油1汤匙。

  制法:

  1、烧热油1汤匙,炒香草菇至熟透,拌入调味料,炒匀。

  2、饰以葱丝及红椒即可。

  特点:色泽诱人,口感更为佳。
